Step 5: Calculate

This is how you prove AI value.
Not with flashy dashboards.
With concrete numbers.

Example:

Current time: 45 minutes per description
With AI: 8 minutes per description
Savings: 37 minutes x 10 descriptions/week = 6+ hours saved

That's real ROI.
