Prompt Engineering: Your New Superpower

You don't need to learn to code.
But you DO need to learn to TALK to AI.

This is called Prompt Engineering.
And it's the most underrated skill in business today.

Compare these two prompts:

BAD: 'Write me an email'

GOOD: 'Write me a follow-up email to a prospect who saw our demo but hasn't booked a call. Keep it under 150 words. Tone: friendly but not pushy. Include a specific question about their timeline.'

Same AI tool.
Completely different results.

Here's the PICK framework:

P - Persona's context (who are you talking to?)
I - Instructions (what exactly do you want?)
C - Constraints (tone, length, format?)
K - Knowledge area (any specific info to include?)

The better your question, the better your answer.

AI is not a mind reader.
It's a very powerful assistant.
